Knights has added specialists in private wealth and real estate to its team in Weybridge as growth continues to accelerate into 2025.
Private client Partner Alexandra Milton and real estate Partner Jonathan Rose bring a wealth of experience to Knights having joined the business alongside a flurry of new and exciting recruits at the start of January.
Alexandra has more than 20 years’ experience as a private client lawyer working alongside high-net-worth clients on a wide range of taxation, private client legal and wider private wealth issues. Alexandra specialises in cross-generational succession planning, the preparation of Wills and Powers of Attorney and a range of matters relating to estate planning for wealthy clients.
A STEP qualified Solicitor, Alexandra also has expertise in the creation and administration of Trusts and administration of estates, as well as obtaining cross-jurisdictional probates in relation to estates overseas. Alexandra has a keen interest supporting clients with contentious estate and trust matters, including where an Independent Administrator or Trustee, such as Knights’ own trust corporation, K&S Trust Corporation Limited, is appointed.

Jonathan Rose, meanwhile, joins Knights’ real estate team having gained more than 30 years of experience in the sector, 20 years of which was gained at his own legal practice. During that time Jonathan has built strong relationships with developers and house builders, and specialises in advising on complex schemes for commercial and residential developers.
Jonathan will be based across the Weybridge and Portsmouth office and will lead on all aspects of commercial and residential development, from complex site acquisitions and disposals to setting up large, mixed-use developments and unit sales.
