Pharmaceutical specialist S-cubed Limited has been purchased by Athagoras.
S-cubed Ltd, who are based in Oxford and provide specialist services to the pharmaceutical industry, has become part of the Athagoras group following the completion of a share sale.
Advisers at Knights supported the former shareholders of S-cubed Ltd on the deal which now brings the company into Athagoras’ ownership. Athagoras, whose headquarters are in Munich, Germany, specialise in Pharmaceutical consultancy and also recently acquired the Swedish firm, Quantify Research.
In acquiring S-cubed, Athagoras continues to expand its portfolio while also providing S-cubed with an increase in services and an enhanced network, building on the success the company has experienced since its incorporation in 2008.
Knights’ team was led by corporate lawyers John Riddick and Sam Steckler, with support from a wide range of experts including Ali Rehman, Julian Moran, Jo Price, Sarah Burke, Sarah Brockhurst, Katerina Antoniou and Lisa Sweetman.
