Experienced family lawyer Terina Kiss has joined Knights in Exeter as the business’ South West growth continues.
Terina, who joins Knights as a Partner, offers premium legal advice on complex family law issues including divorce law, matrimonial financial remedy, private Children Act matters, pre and post nuptial agreements, co-habitation agreements, separation agreements and civil partnerships matters.
Previously called to the Bar of England and Wales as a Barrister, Terina has more than 15 years’ experience of representing clients at court and is a specialist in advising on private family matters. A people-person by nature, Terina endeavours to establish a relaxed and friendly relationship with clients while always maintaining a respectful and professional approach.
Terina, who is also member of Resolution, is particularly interested and experienced in providing support to Armed Forces personnel and their families, including veterans, as well as National Police Federation officers and members of the National Association for Retired Police Officers (NARPO). A regular visitor to army bases up and down the country, Terina also provides legal advice to offices at several police services, including Gloucestershire and Avon & Somerset, and brings a wealth of experience to Knights’ Family team who deliver premium legal services across 26 offices nationwide.
