Global capital management and risk transfer solutions business Cataline Re recently sold one its UK office portfolio properties with support from Knights’ Real Estate team.
The fully-let property in Swansea had been managed by Hardington Capital prior to the completion of the deal.
Knights’ team was led by Paul Kenny, Philip Marsh and Rebecca Jenkins.
Robert Bartlett, CEO of Hardington Capital, paid tribute to the outstanding support from Knights’ Real Estate experts:
“Knights have provided an extremely effective, efficient and experienced team that ensured a very smooth transactional process. We have been delighted by the way the sale proceeded.
“There is no doubt that investor confidence is now returning to the market for such assets which have only been mired by attitudes not their fundamentals.”
Paul Kenny, Real Estate Partner at Knights, said:
“We were delighted to assist the team at Catalina on this recent transaction and particularly to see the continued level of interest and investor confidence in UK office premises of this nature – proving that office assets with strong tenant covenants in the right locations continue to be hugely attractive to institutional investors.”
With 23 offices nationwide, Knights is the largest regional legal services business in the UK. The business is ranked within the top 50 UK law firms by revenue – providing multiple services to business clients alongside premium advisory services to private individuals.
