Crowley Property Limited, the owner of Hampshire-based Little Acorns Day Nurseries, has been purchased by TMB Day Nurseries Limited.
Advisers at Knights worked on the deal to bring Little Acorns Day Nurseries, and its day nurseries in Eastleigh and Hedge End, into TMB’s ownership.
The purchase expands TMB Day Nurseries’ portfolio in and around Portsmouth and Southampton.
