The UK’s largest regional legal services business, Knights, has revealed plans for a new Grade A office in Leicester.
Colton Square combines the listed former police station with new state of the art facilities and technology. With capacity for around 100 people, Knights’ move to the very heart of the city’s Business Quarter, represents a significant investment in its Leicester team.
Knights has grown significantly over the recent years and now has more than 450 professionals working collaboratively across the Midlands with offices in Birmingham, Leicester, Lincoln, Nottingham and Stoke as part of a national team of 1,200 professionals in 23 locations.
The Leicester move will provide Knights with a solid platform for further growth in the city with ambitious new recruits already set to join the team and will provide clients with even better access to the comprehensive range of support it has to offer as the largest regional legal services business in the UK.
The move is the latest step in series of property moves for Knights across the country as part of its creation of a modern, first-class and carefully considered property portfolio from which to deliver its premium professional services and to support its thriving team.
Jessica Neyt, Client Services Director at Knights, said:
“Moving to Colton Square is a significant development for our team in Leicester. This new location makes us more accessible and brings our people closer to clients in the heart of the city.
“It marks our continuous investment in our people as we grow across Leicester and the Midlands and provides us with a strong base from which to deliver our comprehensive range of business and private wealth services as we continue to attract the best and most ambitious professionals.”
Knights is set to move to Colton Square in December 2024.
