Knights has underscored its commitment to the South East of England by revealing plans for a new flagship office space in Brighton.
Following significant growth in recent years, Knights now has a team of more than 200 professionals in offices across the South East.
Knights will be bringing many of these colleagues together in a new office at Edward Street Quarter in Brighton – a £120 million city centre development that will be home to Grade A office space plus new homes, leisure, retail and hospitality facilities.
The move is a significant investment in Knights’ team in Sussex and the South East.
It offers huge growth opportunities, with ambitious new hires set to join the business, and gives clients more access to Knights’ broad range of expertise.
Darren Walker, Client Services Director for Knights’ offices across the South East, said:
“This is such exciting news for Knights, our people and our clients. Opening a flagship office in Brighton gives us a platform for further expansion across the South East – including working with clients in Brighton, Sussex, London and beyond.
“We’re recruiting talent to join us in Brighton, and across all of our offices, to help us to build even more scale, capability and relationships. As part of that growth we’re bringing in some top talent in the coming months, and we’re looking for more ambitious professionals to join us.”
Knights’ team in Brighton are currently based nearby on Prince Albert Street. As the business gears up for further growth, the move to Edward Street Quarter will provide an office space that matches the premium level of service that Knights offers.
Edward Street Quarter meets the standards set out in Knights’ real estate strategy. As part of Knights’ ambitious growth plans, its real estate strategy is delivering premium spaces for work, collaboration with colleagues and hosting clients in Knights’ offices across the country.
Emma Lockey, Director, Advisory & Transaction Services for the CBRE, said:
“Knights has a really clear real estate strategy to meet the demands of the modern office. A core part of that strategy is to offer energy-efficient, premium, grade A spaces.
“Edward Street Quarter fits the bill perfectly and it’s been great to work alongside Knights to make it happen. We can’t wait to see the business grow when the move takes place.”
Knights is set to move to Edward Street Quarter in September 2023.
