Knights’ Corporate team advised the owners of technology consultancy Bam Boom Cloud on its sale to US cloud commerce marketplace Pax8.

Bam Boom Cloud helps small and medium businesses make the most of Microsoft Cloud technology so they can grow and scale.

The business’ headquarters is in Derby and has a global presence across the US, Germany, India and Canada.

Its sale to Pax8 sees Bam Boom Cloud join a huge global business that processes more than one million monthly transactions.

Bam Boom Cloud were advised on the deal by Knights’ Corporate team in the Midlands.

The team was led by Corporate Partner Gavin White, with support from Peter Abel, Hannah Jones, Abbie Fotheringham and Erin Vickers.

Bam Boom Cloud’s chief executive Vicky Critchley said:
