Knights today announces the completion of its acquisition of Langleys Solicitors LLP and welcomes new colleagues in York and Lincoln.
As one of the most well-known and substantial legal practices in York, the acquisition will provide Knights with a platform to realise the opportunity of the York legal market and expansion to its East Midlands presence with the addition of its Lincoln office.
The completion of Langleys, the recent acquisition of Archers in Teesside and continued recruitment of Partners across its operations, is part of Knights’ plan to grow its position significantly in key regional markets outside London.
Through acquisitions and organic growth, Knights is one of the largest legal and professional services businesses outside London, operating across 18 office locations and supported by over 1350 colleagues.
