Knights’ Corporate team has advised Foresight LLP on its latest strategic investment. The leading infrastructure and private equity investment manager has invested into Manchester ecommerce agency Space 48.  

Founded in 2008, Space 48 offers clients a full range of ecommerce retail consulting services. This includes ecommerce design, engineering, re-platforming, platform improvements, growth marketing and ecommerce consultancy.

Foresight’s investment will drive further growth across the business, with plans to develop the sales team, go-to-market strategy and focus on international opportunities. As part of the transaction, Foresight is also appointing a chairperson from industry, who will be instrumental in driving operational efficiencies and exploring expansion possibilities.
