Knights’ Corporate team has advised WJ Group on receiving investment from THI Investments - a provider of permanent capital to leading businesses in the industrials and infrastructure sector.

The investment partnership will enable WJ Group to continue its strong growth trajectory as the UK’s leading supplier of road markings and specialist highways products.     

Founded in 1987, WJ Group provides road markings and highway products and services to a diverse customer base including Highways England, Transport for Scotland, Transport for London, multiple local authorities and Tier 1 contractors.

THI Investments is a family-owned private equity investor with a long-term investment approach. With significant experience in the industrials sector it will provide WJ Group with the capital, operational understanding and support for further sustainable growth, acquisitions and technological advancement to compliment the exceptional organic growth WJ Group has delivered to date.
