Our Investigations team have all the necessary investigative and interrogative skills to assist with a whole range of complex and sensitive cases in the workplace.
Our team are carefully selected for their strong interpersonal skills. They know when to dig deep and hard with questions in appropriate circumstances and when to adopt more gentle and gradual questioning in other more sensitive situations (such as sexual harassment and bullying scenarios).
There is no investigation that our team cannot help with. We have worked with some of the largest international businesses across a range of sectors including film and entertainment, transport, public health and care homes, manufacturing, and retail on some of the most in-depth, complex and sensitive cases. We have also worked with many SMEs on both complex and run-of-the-mill grievance and disciplinary investigations, which whilst small in size may be of importance to them.
Several of our team have worked 'client-side' for organisations within their investigation teams as well as at regulators such as the HSE. Consequently, we are well-rounded investigators who will always look at the bigger picture and take the wider context into account.
