Stefanie is an Associate in the Asset Management team.
Stefanie supports clients with a full range of commercial property matters including acquisition and disposal of commercial land and buildings, non-contentious commercial leasehold work (acting for both landlord and tenant) and acquisition of land for development. She also supports in corporate transactions handling property due diligence and transfer of legal title.
In the development sector Stefanie works with large scale residential housebuilders in delivering their affordable housing units on both turnkey and golden brick development contracts. She provides support throughout site development facilitating adoption of the estate services and handover of common areas to the management company.
Recent examples of how Stefanie has supported her clients include:
- supporting Staffordshire based Douglas Macmillan Hospice on its successful merger with children’s hospice Donna Louise Trust;
- working with national housebuilder BDW Trading Limited to deliver its affordable housing allocations across sites in its northern region;
- advising on the acquisition of a hotel, golf and country club and support to further develop the site post completion - including easements, and options to purchase neighbouring land;
- assisting on the restructure and disposal of a portfolio of pharmacy businesses for a London based client. The transaction involved a series of hive downs to distribute assets to several target companies, and subsequent share sales of those companies;
- advising a client on new lease terms to enable the expansion of its warehouse gym premises;
