Sarah is an Associate in the Property Litigation Team.
Sarah joined Knights following 15 years working in-house for a network operator and has specialist expertise in telecommunications and experience in the operation of the Electronic Communications Code including securing consensual agreement, vacant possession and compulsory code rights.
Sarah is also regularly instructed in general property litigation work including commercial landlord and tenant matters such as service of 1954 Act notices, dilapidations, forfeiture, arrears and break notices; residential possession matters, advising on covenants affecting land and breach of contract.
