Rekha is a Senior Associate in the Dispute Resolution team.
She has extensive experience handling a wide range of contentious trusts and probate matters, including inheritance disputes, will challenges, estate administration disputes, and claims involving executors and trustees. She also advises on equitable remedies such as proprietary estoppel and trust claims, as well as professional negligence claims related to estate and trust administration.
Rekha is a member of the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS).
