Rachael is an Associate in the Residential Property team.
Having worked in the Residential Property team for several years, starting out as a Conveyancing Assistant to progressing to handling her own files. Rachael deals with a wide variety of residential transactions; freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, unregistered property and adverse possession claims.
Clients range from over sea’s to first time buyers to companies
Recent examples of how Rachael has supported clients include:
- Assisting a client with the sale of a farm affected by the HS2 rail link,
- Completing a transfer of equity in less than a week due to short timescales,
- Assisting a client with a defective lease where the original lease was missing.
