Nishtha advises on a wide range of commercial property matters, including the acquisition and disposal of freehold and leasehold properties, commercial landlord and tenant transactions, and secured lending. She brings a strong depth of experience, having worked in the real estate sector for several years before qualifying as a solicitor in 2019.
With a meticulous approach and commercial awareness, Nishtha supports clients in navigating complex property transactions, ensuring practical and strategic solutions. She holds a first-class LLB degree from Sheffield Hallam University and completed her Legal Practice Course with distinction at BPP Leeds.
