Lauren is an Associate in the Employment team.
Lauren conducts a range of both contentious and non-contentious work across a wide range of clients. Lauren’s non-contentious work includes providing strategic day-to-day employment and HR advice, advising on disciplinary and grievance procedures, drafting, negotiating and advising on settlement agreements and providing employment support on corporate transactions. Lauren can also support with the drafting of contracts of employment and contract/policy review exercises.
Lauren has experience in employment litigation acting for employers defending a variety of Employment Tribunal claims including claims for unfair dismissal, whistleblowing and discrimination matters.
