With extensive experience, Kerry acts on a broad range of finance transactions, including real estate finance (development and investment), corporate finance, acquisition finance and structured finance, acting for both borrowers and lenders.
Kerry is well known for being able to make the complex simple, offering commercial solutions to reflect the concerns of all parties and addressing them in a practical and pragmatic way.
Central to Kerry’s approach and service delivery is her commitment to delivering a transaction on time, in a manner which minimises stress for her clients and on the basis that an important part of her team’s role is to help establish, protect and develop the relationship of the transacting parties, such that the transaction forms a solid foundation for future growth together.

- advising an AIFM on a subscription facility providing access to a revolving credit facility secured by the unfunded commitments of the relevant LLPs investors to assist with cashflow as the LLP pursued the investments for which it was established.
