Jill is a Partner in the Family team.
She qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in December 2012 and has over 14 years of experience in family law. Jill spent five years in London conducting cases in both the Principal Registry of the Family Division and the High Court at the Royal Courts of Justice and local Courts outside London and across the Midlands.
Jill specialises in all areas of family law including divorce, contested divorce (including jurisdiction issues), financial matters arising from a divorce, cohabitation, financial matters arising from non-married couples separating; children matters such as living arrangements, the amount of time spent with parents, issues concerning children’s welfare/upbringing and applications to take children out of the jurisdiction, and enforcement and variation of Orders and injunctions.
She has experience in dealing with cases involving complex issues and financial matters with substantial and varied assets, which require both commercial awareness and a dynamic approach.
