Jane has over 30 years of experience advising businesses on corporate and commercial matters, with particular expertise in franchising. She has a strong track record in handling shareholder issues, business sales and acquisitions, and commercial contract negotiations, including distribution and agency agreements.
Jane is highly regarded in the franchising sector, having served as a non-executive director of the British Franchise Association (BFA) and regularly speaking at industry events. She has been recognised in the Legal 500 “Hall of Fame” and as a Band 1 Lawyer in Chambers & Partners for her work in franchising.
