Jane is a Partner in the Private Client team.
Jane is a highly experienced solicitor specializing in Private Client matters, with a focus on Wills, estate administration, and tax and succession planning. She has over 10 years of experience providing expert advice on a range of complex estate and trust matters, including the administration of high-value estates, creation and management of trusts (including those for vulnerable beneficiaries and personal injury trusts), and preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney.
Jane regularly assists clients with the creation of Wills, administration of estates (including intestate matters), and advises on the taxation of estates. She has particular expertise in lifetime tax planning and transfers of equity.
As a full member of the Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners (STEP), Jane is committed to maintaining high professional standards in her practice.
