Jade is a Solicitor in the Construction team.
She is experienced in drafting various construction documents including professional appointments, letters of reliance, subcontracts and collateral warranties in favour of the funder, employer, purchaser and tenant.
Jade has also provided support on contentious construction matters, including house builder disputes, fire-safety and cladding matters.
Recent examples of where Jade has supported clients include:
- Working for a developer on a large development at Bicester Heritage Park and the Innovation Quarter in Bicester;
- Working on construction documents for the University of Oxford for the development of the Stephen A Schwarzman Centre for Humanities; and
- Producing Appointments and Collateral Warranties and arranging for the execution of these for a college and several academies.
