Helen is an Associate in the Residential Property team.
She has extensive experience handling all aspects of property law, including Sales, Purchases, Leasehold, Freehold, New Build, New Leases, Shared Ownership, Staircasing, Help to Buy, Right to Buy, Transfers of Equity, Re-mortgages, Statutory and Voluntary Lease Extensions (acting for both leaseholders and landlords), Auction Sales/Purchases, Buy to Let, Transfer of Part, Licences to Sublet, Licences for Alterations, and Buybacks.
Helen has worked across a range of property law environments, from specialist New Build teams to Real Estate departments in the City. She has experience drafting bespoke transfers, contracts, and other deeds, as well as advising clients on amending lease plans. She has also worked with High Net Worth and International clients.
