Heather is a Solicitor in the Employment team.
She has experience in advising both employers and employees from various sectors on a wide range of issues such as disciplinary and grievance matters, settlement agreements, managing absences and providing advice on general day to day queries. Heather also assists the Corporate team with their employment due diligence, reviewing documentation and reporting on the findings along with preparing any relevant indemnities or warranties.
Heather also has experience dealing with employment tribunal matters relating to a range of issues such as unfair dismissal, discrimination and harassment and also conducts advocacy at employment tribunal hearings where appropriate.
