Elena Hall is a Legal Executive in the Private Client team.

She specialises in matters relating to elderly and vulnerable clients, including making applications to the Court of Protection, such as the appointment of deputies (finance and health & welfare), contested applications, removal of attorneys, and Trustee Act applications. Elena also handles Lasting Powers of Attorney and the registration of Enduring Powers of Attorney.

Elena is a Member of the Court of Protection Practitioners Association and a fully accredited member of STEP and the Association of Lifetime Lawyers.
