Daniel Walsh is a Partner in the Real Estate Team. He has significant experience advising on complex, strategic and high value development and investment transactions, with a particular focus on the development of large-scale logistics schemes and urban regeneration projects.
Daniel acts for a variety of developers, institutional investors and property funds. He takes ownership and responsibility and adopts a proactive approach at all times to ensure that transactions are delivered in line with clients’ expectations. Daniel uses his experience and knowledge to anticipate and resolve potential issues before they arise.
His recent experience includes:
- acting for key developer clients on some of the largest logistics schemes in the country, including the development and letting of a rail freight terminal and one of the biggest distribution facilities in the UK;
- advising major investment clients in relation to various acquisitions, sales and lettings of properties with a variety of uses; and
- acting for a UK urban regeneration developer in relation to a number of residential developments.
