Daniel is a Solicitor in the Employment team.
Daniel provides strategic, commercial and pragmatic advice on a wide range of employment issues including workplace discrimination, employment status, disciplinary and grievances, redundancies and breach of contract. Daniel also supports our Corporate team on sales and acquisitions by assisting with due diligence and TUPE transfers.
Daniel provides drafting and advice in relation to a variety of employment related documentation including employment contracts, directors’ service agreements, consultancy agreements and settlement agreements.
Daniel has experience assisting employers in various Employment Tribunal claims, including defending claims in relation to unfair dismissal and discrimination matters.
Working with a wide range of individuals, SME’s and large corporates, Daniel has provided support to clients in a wide range of industries including hospitality, retail, healthcare, charities and manufacturing.
