Charlotte is a Senior Associate Solicitor in the New Homes Residential Property Team.
Advising clients on all aspects of residential sales and purchases, with particular expertise in the purchase of new-build properties, including acting for overseas investors.
Charlotte is recommended by major housing developers to act on behalf of purchasers. Her strong reputation within the field has led to the team being added to other developer solicitor panels.
She has extensive experience acting on high-value property transactions across the South of the country, handling enquiries, and drafting reports on the sale and purchase of leasehold, freehold, and shared ownership properties. Charlotte also has overall knowledge of family and private client law, which enables her to advise clients on complex property issues where these areas of law intertwine.
