Andrew is a Partner in the Property Litigation team.
Andrew is a highly experienced property litigator who advises on complex disputes arising from property transactions and substantial property portfolios. He has particular expertise in resolving issues related to overage provisions, covenants, easements, and landlord and tenant matters, including lease renewals, dilapidations claims, and rent review disputes.
Andrew is also a specialist in claims related to combustible cladding and building regulation non-compliance, often handling high-value multi-party disputes involving developers, contractors, landlords, and fire safety professionals. An accredited mediator and member of the Property Litigation Association, Andrew is widely respected for his in-depth legal knowledge and strategic approach.
Alongside his practice, Andrew is a Professor of Land Law at Brunel University, where he teaches third-year law students, and has authored books on dilapidations and land covenants.
