Andrew is a Partner in the Corporate team.
He advises on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, including company and business sales, corporate restructuring, joint ventures, and shareholders’ agreements. Andrew also assists clients with commercial contracts, intellectual property matters, and outsourcing arrangements.
Working closely with the Franchising team, he drafts franchise agreements and provides guidance to both franchisors and franchisees. In addition, Andrew advises on employment matters, including contracts, policies, and compliance.
