Andrea Covolan is an Associate in the Corporate team.
Andrea advises on mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganisations, and commercial agreements, often involving cross-border elements between the UK, Italy, and other jurisdictions. He works with domestic and international companies, as well as investment funds, providing strategic guidance on corporate transactions, joint ventures, and general corporate matters.
After graduating in Law from the University of Bologna, Andrea trained at a leading Italian law firm in London and Verona before qualifying as a solicitor in England and Wales. He is also a member of the Milan Bar Association and speaks both English and Italian.
