Alex is an Associate in the Plot Sales team.
Since joining the team in 2015, Alex has developed expertise in site setups, managed land transfers, part exchanges, deeds of variation, certificates of compliance, and general residential property advice. She has worked with small housebuilders on site setups and plot sales, as well as advising a UK holiday resorts owner on the sale of their leasehold lodges.
